1. These T&Cs apply to the Free Consultation for New Clients offer (the “Offer”). 

2. The Offer is available at participating vet practices only and is subject to appointment availability.  

3. This Offer begins on 18/12/24. ONGOING 

4. This Offer only applies to dogs, cats and rabbits and small pets.  

5. The Offer includes:  The first consultation with a vet

6. The Offer excludes treatment, diagnostics and any follow-up consultations arising

7. The Offer is open to new clients registering with us or clients who have not been to Highfields Vets for 15 or more years.

8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

9. To redeem the Offer, you must call the practice directly, book online or book at the practice reception. 

10. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.
