Who can get the discount?
The 20% discount on the exclusive Animal Friends® Insurance policy is available to Pet Health Club members for your cats, dogs and rabbits covered by your Pet Health Club plan(s) when you:

purchase the insurance policy through the link provided by Animal Friends Insurance following an introduction from your vet practice; and

each year you renew this insurance policy provided (i) you have an active membership at the time of renewal and (ii) the pet insurance policy is still available through Animal Friends Insurance.

What is the difference between pet insurance and a pet health plan?
They’re two different ways to look after your pet’s health.

Pet Insurance is designed to help with the cost of unexpected veterinary treatment, such as accidents, illnesses and emergencies.

A pet health plan (like Pet Health Club) covers your pet’s routine, preventative care, including things like vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, and regular health checks.
I’m not a Pet Health Club member - can I still get the discount?
If you are not a Pet Health Club member, you won’t be eligible for the 20% discount, but as an IVC customer you will receive your first month’s insurance premium for free when you purchase the exclusive Animal Friends® Pet Insurance Policy for your registered pet.

I already have Animal Friends® pet insurance, can I use the offer?
