IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICE

Upfront Charge

From Monday 26 February 2024 all theatre appointments and vaccinations for litters of one or more will be required to pay an ‘Upfront Charge’, this will be a non-refundable charge and will be taken at the time of booking:-

Theatre Appointments/Litters	Upfront Charge
Cat Castrate/OH Queen	£50.00
Any Other Procedure/Surgery	£100.00
Vaccinations – Litter of puppies/kittens (ie., two or more)	50%

If you need to rearrange the appointment then 48 hours’ notice will be required, if you give less than 48 hours’ notice then the ‘Upfront Charge’ will not be refunded or transferred to any new appointment.
