At Highfield Veterinary Centre, our aim is simple; to treat you as we would like to be treated ourselves and to treat your pet as if it were our own.

All of us at Highfield pride ourselves on being understanding, friendly and approachable and will take the time to explain anything you need to know about your pet’s treatment. We are a relatively small team at a single site, so it is usually possible to see the same vet of your choice, every time you visit us, to allow continuity of care.

The practice has been established for over forty years. However when it comes to the facilities we offer, we strive to remain bang up to date. In 2009, we opened our brand new sterile operating theatre with "gold standard" anaesthesia and state of the art lighting. We are a Veterinary Nurse Training Centre, and our head nurse holds an advanced diploma in surgical nursing.

Our Practice Preventative Health Plan scheme is proving an absolute winner with all of our pets and pet owners. Since we introduced the plan in early June 2010 the membership is growing every day.
